1. The season lasts for 16 weeks followed by Play-offs and Finals. You will play between 18 and 21 fixtures.
2. All fixtures must be paid for in advance and the whole season must be paid for.
3. Refunds are not permitted unless the facility in unforseenly unavailable.
4. There is a one-off entry fee to the league of £31.50 which includes affiliation to the Hampshire FA.
5. A £10 administration fee is payable per team on or before the first match of the season.
6. The charge per game is £31.50 (for up to 7 players) before the match.
7. Soccer City will not rearrange fixtures under any circumstances..
8. Teams must arrive at least 15 minutes before kick-off. Kick-offs cannot be delayed for late arrivals.
9. Soccer City members play at their own risk. Rules are listed below this form.
10. Soccer City must be notified of any address or contact number changes.
11. All games will be played in accordance with Soccer City and Hampshire Football Association rules. The Centre Manager has sole discretion at all times.
12. Although Soccer City will endeavour to keep times within teams preferences, we cannot guarantee it.

Soccer City Rules
a) Wearing of jewellery is prohibited.
b) Shinpads must be worn at all times.
c) Long socks must be worn that cover the shinpads.
d) Playing in jeans is not permitted.
e) Playing in bare feet is not permitted and only bona fide training
shoes will be accepted as suitable footwear.
f) All players must wear matching coloured shirts with the exception
of the goalkeeper. Swapping of shirts is not permitted.
g) The Referees decision is final.

Disciplinary
Yellow Card Offences
These are dealt with in house at Soccer City and will be recorded on your team sheet. Any player who receives 2 yellow cards in one season with receive an automatic one week suspension.
2 Yellow cards received in the same match will be dealt with as a red card offence.

Red Card Offences
These will be reported by the Referee to Hampshire Football Association and will result in an automatic two week suspension. The player will also be suspended for the duration of the HFA ban.
